Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada
Junior Achievement’s mission is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed. The inspiration piece comes from community volunteers who not only deliver our lessons, but share their experience. In the process, these volunteers serve as role models helping to positively impact young people’s perceptions about the importance of education, as well as critical life skills. Preparation involves our proven lessons that promote financial capability, work and career readiness, and business ownership.
The Raffle
Three Amazing Packages:
Three individual buckets each filled with prizes valued up to $7,000.
The Rules.
You do not have to be a Nevada resident to win or be in Nevada if your name is drawn, however, you MUST be in Nevada at the time you purchase your ticket.
You MUST be at least 21 years of age to purchase as some of our prizes include alcohol. (such as our luxury wine collection)
Nevada Gaming Control Board Regulations:
1. NRS 462.180 and Regulation 4A.050 which requires ticket purchasers be physically present in Nevada at time of purchase.
2. Regulation 4A.040 requires that all persons purchasing a ticket for this charitable raffle must be at least 21 years of age. Any potential winnings are subject to forfeiture if the purchaser is determined to have violated Nevada laws or regulations.
3. Each purchaser must provide proof confirming the purchaser is physically located in Nevada at the time of each purchase and is at least 18 years of age for a charitable lottery with cash prizes or 21 years of age for entry to play a charitable game.
4. Any potential winnings are subject to forfeiture if the purchaser is determined to have violated Nevada laws or regulations.
